Forever Flex 6” No Sag Chimney Top Plate. Stainless Steel..
This top plate is used but in like new condition. The “Forever Flex” part number is: TPNS6-1313 / 304L.
The edges are slightly discolored where I cleaned off the flashing cement.
The cap measures 13” x 13” square and the collar is 3 ½ inches high.
The collar is designed to fit over a 6 inch stainless steel chimney liner. A built in stainless steel strap tightens around the 6 inch stainless steel chimney liner, to hold it securely in place.
I will include 10 Simpson Strong Tie, Zinc Plated with Ceramic Coating, Concrete & Masonry Screw Anchors. Size 3/16 x 1 ¼inch.
And 10 Hillman Bonded Neoprene Washers, so you can securely fasten it to your chimney.
(Use an 1/8” masonry drill bit for the anchor screws.)
