The Miller AccuLock MDX series consumables are designed to maximize wire feedability and simplify consumables replacement.  These nozzles are compatible with Miller's MDX 100 MIG guns utilizing MDX consumables.  Nozzles are sold as a package of two.
These nozzles are not compatible with older Miller guns such as the M-100 or M-250.
AccuLock Features
Acculock tips
are designed with a coarse thread to speed up tip replacement.  Contact tips are sold as a package of ten.
Superior Feeding
- The front-loading liner is centered and locked at both ends of the gun (without the use of set screws) to ensure smooth wire delivery to contact tip. Plus, error-proof liner trimming ensures accurate replacement every time for reduced burnbacks, birdnests and erratic arc/wire chatter.
Long-Life Consumables
- Tapered mating surfaces between the AccuLock contact tip and gas diffuser lock tips in place for maximized electrical conductivity and longer tip life.
Threaded Nozzle
- Stays tight during use and cleaning due to the steel retaining ring on the diffuser.
