    Description

    This item is from Portland, Oregon according to insert on back of the button--made by the Irwin-Hodson Co.
    I have no idea as to background of the button---possibly someone from Portland can fill us in.
    It is 1" in size and is a celluloid button.  Has some browning and stains around portion of edges.  Somewhat flat surface.  We would guess it to be from maybe 1920s or close.
