ZD1200 Ruckus Wireless ZoneDirector 1200 # 901-1205-UN00
It powers on and
generates the Console screen in Hyper terminal.

If you cannot Login with the default ip address, you may have to look at the devices on your network and use the ip address assigned to the ZD1200.
It is in used cosmetic condition it has scratches, scraps.
We are not in the Network Equipment Business.
Most of the time we are only able to perform basic test (power up / self-test).
I do not know if any license, activation or registration is required to use this unit.
I do not have any information on the previous owner of this device and cannot help you in regards to any registration or support. Check with Ruckus directly for any questions about this device.
